I have an experience of over 20 years in Commerce and Technology-related managerial positions, all within an industrial environment. My career has given me the opportunity to gain experience in the Technical, Commercial and Human Resources areas, in France as well as abroad. These experiences have enabled me to define and implement strategies and winner investments that allow me to confirm and reach my goals. I have successfully developed Cira Concept’s commercial performance in various fields such as metallurgy, iron extraction and cement production both nationally and internationally. By building a priority hierarchy focused on medium and long terms, I have been able to define and implement with success, various commercial approaches. My expertise lies in management, organization and negotiation (particularly in difficult social contexts). I like working in environments where flexibility, responsiveness and results are required.
My current mission is to strengthen the presence of Cira Concept in its fields of activity and to develop sales revenue and profit margins conjunctly, both with integrators or local installers and final clients.
My approach and my practice of Strategic Management and the vision that resulted from them, have enabled me to identify emerging opportunities as well as new types of marketing, growth and development factors.

My management style is based on direct relationships, as well as a desire to help the teams and individuals to advance. From an operational point of view, my flexible organization has always been a guarantee to confirm the quality, service and profitability of my goals. Therefore, it has never been difficult for me to ensure and assume a precise quantification of their development.

Main missions:
Head of the project in terms of quality, cost and time, during its whole duration, starting from the initial call for bids to after sale support.
Assures the commercial development of existing customers and participates, if needed, in the commercial prospecting along with the Director.

Treatment of projects:
• Record of the project in the database
• Opening of the commercial file
• Feasibility study and cost approximation
• Establishment and implementation of the review of the Technical and Commercial proposition with the Commercial Director
• Verification of the customer order and establishment of a reception report.
• Management of changes/amendments to the order
• Participation in the definition of new equipment and personnel qualification needs with the Technical Director
• Approval of the project team defined by the Technical Director
• Definition of the general planning of the project (milestones)
• Distribution of tasks to Technicians, Engineers, Tech Leaders and subcontractors
• Preparation of the detailed planning of the project (list of tasks and assignments)
• Animation of the launch and weekly monitoring meetings
• Participation in the monthly financial monitoring meeting
• Handling of the commercial file of the whole project
• Performance of the commercial, technical and quality interface with the client,
• Participation in Design Reviews (with the Technical Leader and Manager Trades)
• Approval of the design documents,
• Approval of Production and Control documents (recipe protocol...)
• Approval of the Control and Testing Reports,
• Responsible for modifications treatment (in particular, cost impact in case of delay, final decisions)
• Participates in the treatment of non-conformities (approval),
• Responsible of vendor commands (hardware) and subcontractors (construction): negotiation
• Responsible for the receipt of suppliers’ and subcontractors’ orders, and validates the payment of bills,
• Financial monitoring of the project ( "remains to be done" final financial projection)
• Responsible for the project margins
• Prepares invoices client / project
• Is informed of any delayed payments, and makes the necessary communications if necessary.
• Coordinates the Technical Leaders of the project team (planning, interface).
• Responsible for the project closing meeting
• Proposes appropriate training and career developments
• Participates in the hiring process of project Technicians and Engineers and of the Technical Leader
• Participates in the annual assessment of project Technicians and Engineers and of the Technical Leader
• Participates in the technology watch concerning his business
