My 15 years of experience in all areas of management in the US, France, Germany, Nepal, and India has afforded me a degree of perspective that allows me to make timely and effective decisions and manage diverse teams. I have built more than 3 companies from start-up and I have performed turnarounds and managed in Europe, US, and India. A sample of my notable achievements includes:

- Creation and implementation of an onshore/offshore solution to process medical records for Insurance Industry Majors
- Establishing Williams Lea India (Mumbai, Chennai, and Cochin) serving high-end clients such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Pfizer, and others
- Establishing a BPO/KPO center for Williams Lea in the US serving Bank of America, Orrick, Bayer, Shearman and Sterling and others
- Establishing the first offshore transcription center in New Delhi, India, and hiring and directing over 500 employees. (1,500 including suppliers)
- Increasing profits for a consulting service in Europe through reorganizing staff and tightening management
- Initializing a software development center in Bangalore, India that developed the reservation system for Walt Disney World
- Obtaining a contract with Decathlon, the largest sporting goods retailer in Europe, to build their offshore IT Service Center
