Adeline Mouchel
Développement RH & Relations sociales, Cisbio International
I have a double training, in law and in Management.
My initial training offered me the opportunity to integrate the working world quickly.
I obtained a graduate degree in social and business law and then, a professional graduate degree in a sandwich course. I worked as an accountant and I did the payroll for different clients: chemist, hairdresser, building firm…(about 10 different collective agreements).
During my Master Degree, I had the opportunity to have 2 long training courses, each lasting 6 months .
During the 1st ( in 2007), I worked in the Human Resources Department of OREXAD, which is an Industrial Furniture Seller (Group of 2400 collaborators, 100 agencies in France, turnover of 500 €million) as a Recruitment & Training Assistant.
The 2nd training course was in Cisbio International, a firm of 600 collaborators which was integrated in 2008 June into a group called IBA. This international group is composed of more than 2000 collaborators based in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other countries.
IBA develops and markets leading-edge technologies, pharmaceuticals and tailor-made solutions for healthcare with a focus on cancer diagnosis and therapy...
Leveraging on its scientific expertise, IBA is also active in the field of industrial sterilization and ionization.
I was in charge of Human Resources studies to prepare negociations with unions (on-call duty, pre-retirement).I wrote the minutes of the studies, organized workshops with managers and HR director to validate the study, which presented during the negociation meetings with unions.
Linked to this study, I worked on the HR database software and wrote the specifications of the new Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) for every HR process: Training, Time management and payroll…
After my training, Cisbio International offered me a fixed-term contract as HR project manager. I am in charge of different group projects (a new assessment tool, grading, job descriptions, Hewitt survey…) and also local projects. With the projects, I am a support for the Training manager and Recruitment manager. This experience is very interesting for me because I work in a firm in a context of change management for every month and the tasks are varied.
I have opportunities to manage projects (retro-planning, workshops…) with different interlocutors (top management, 2nd level managers, collaborators, unions and external suppliers).
I have now in charge social relationships, near the HR director.I prepare the negociation and follow the validity of agreements in the firm.I attend the meetings with unions:Work Council, delegates staff...
My abilities of analysis and synthesis, my flexibility and relationship skills have been recognized during this experience.
Today I am looking for an open ended contract as HR development manager or HR director deputy (assistant HR) to build on my different skills in a firm in which I can progress, acquire new responsibilities and, in a few years manage a team.
This profile can’t be exhaustive, which is why I would be pleased to present you my background , experience and commitment in more detail during interview.
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
