PRESALES & BID MANAGER, ALTRAN TECHNOLOGIES INDIA
Responsible for pre-sales and bid activities of Altran India supporting the deployment of Altran Group global delivery strategy and Altran India growth with objective to triple activity in 3 years.
I created the position in January 2011 for IS&Telecom department (15 engineers to 30 engineers in 6 months),then extended the scope to company level (250HC, Mechanical Engineering and Embedded & Critical systems, both local and offshore markets). I created processes and dashboards, roles and responsibilities related, and about to tranfer the knowledge to a local manager.
Furthermore, I am responsible for pre sales acitivities, business analysis, monitoring and reporting, CRM with local clients and all Altran Group entities (front/ back offices), as well as commercial proposals as per my bid responsibilities (over 300 business opportunities/year).
Graduated in international business management, I am keen on developing global activities, new markets and innovative offers, and managing offshore projects in an international environment.
Cross-functional skilled, pragmatic and pro active I have always looked for challenging international projects. Business oriented and multi-cultural, I developped my skills and competencies in an international environment, when studying as well as through various professional experiences.
