Quantum provides hardware and software used for data archiving, backup, and recovery. Its products include tape and disk-based storage devices, automated tape library (ATL) systems, and related media. It also provides data management software and offers services in configuration, installation, technical support, and training. Quantum sells its products through resellers and distributors, and to OEMs such as Dell, EMC, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Oracle.
I work as an EMEA Software Support Engineer, providing technical support and consulting on Quantum storage products.

Yahoo is a leading global Internet brand and provides Internet services to users, advertisers, publishers, and developers worldwide.

I've been hired after a 2 year mission as contractor, working for Teamlog (See below).

I work as Application Service Engineer on International (mostly European) projects. My role is to manage, improve and enhance the Content Management System of Yahoo used to publish articles for all European Yahoo websites such as News, Finance, Sports or Movies.

My position consists in deploying the solution on Yahoo servers. I have to maintain, monitor and improve performances of the product, while working on the high availability, to provide the most competitive service.

I also write down documentation on the product in order to implement a multi-level support, based on ITIL considerations, and sometimes act as technical consultant for other Yahoo employees working on that product all over the world.

Teamlog is a french consultancy company.
I started a mission in early 2007 at Yahoo Inc., a Teamlog customer, as
Application Service Engineer.

Digimind S.A. is a french leader in Competitive Intelligence Software. I was hired after a 5 months internship.

I was in charge of system, network and security management of Digimind web-based CI software as well as internal IT solutions. My role consisted in deploy, support and enhance those solutions.

I worked on high availability & performances, backup strategy, improvement of IT services, security of solutions deployed, software release process...

During this year and a half of work for this company, i also worked as services and hardware purchaser, IT project manager, trainee manager and recruitment, etc ...
