- France Training Plan : planning/delivering/administering training courses
- HR Administration and general HR Issues
- On-boarding & following up Off-boarding
- HR Reports

October 2010-October 2011 :
As part of a redundancy plan, I was in charge of its implementation, of coordination with the redeployment agency, I managed the internal redeployment and delivered reporting.
Partcipated to the relocation of the main office and the setting up of "agile working"
Preparation and participation of mandatory meetings with the employee representatives

February - September 2010 :

I was responsible for planning,delivering and administering training courses for the Professionnal Services and Network Security Departments (about 800 employees)
