From idea to action : analysis, diagnosis, action plan, implementation, support, assessment, adaptation to the logic of PDCA, promoting the involvement, motivation, mediation, communication and humility: these are my values.
For 19 years in the field of employment, employability, recruitment, human resources and coaching people on both operational and managerial aspects, I am looking for professional tracks in 2 directions:
- In the area of Human Resources, Recruiting, coaching mobility, aid to the direction or career change, of Management of Jobs and Skills, training facilities and research funding;
- In any business involving the management and project management, facilitation and coaching teams, public relations, work and piloting projects in partnership with agencies, elected officials, businesses, professional branches, employees, etc..
I am very interested in developing and / or join an activity that would be located in Indonesia (Bali and/or Malang in Jawa), places where I went in 2010 and 2011.
I will be back in Indonesia between Oct 31 and November 18.

I speak English fluently, I have a strong knowledge of the English-speaking world including Australia and the UK, I have a practice of German life "every day"and has some Chinese (Mandarin) and Indonesia basis.

The project manager is responsible for managing files and / or process to an entire geographic area (department, in this case). Within a territorial manager team, he aims to implement the policies set at national, regional and territorial levels, he supports their implementation in the network of Pôle emploi Job Centers in his area of competence, his interlocutors are, primarily, the managers local team of the Job Centers.
The fields on which I am required to intervene are:
- The processing the "job offer" (internal process to Pôle emploi Job centers)
- The establishment of a GTEC (territorial management of the Employment and Skills) in firms, in conjunction with stakeholders (House of Employment, EPCI, City Councils, General Council, elected officials, professional branches, employers, consular chambers, DIRECCTE, associations, etc.). and targeting specific audiences (the "executive" population for example).
The operational executive manager is the first level managerial jobs and job center includes two types of functions:
- host of a professional team in local agency,
- Assistant executive manager (my previous)
I organize and put out the job center services for employers and job seekers to inform and advise them on recruitment, job search, employability, help with orientation and compensation.
I second the local director in managing a team of 47 people, I am involved in defining and driving the strategy of site employment center on which I work, in accordance with the guidelines set at different levels: territorial, regional and national, in connection with businesses, the socio-economic and local job seekers.
I implement the activities of management:
professional teams
service organization
programming and monitoring activities,
shares held in partnership or treated.
