Alain DE VERA

I have a senior experience in general management, marketing and sales operations leadership within innovation and international development markets. Today I am delivering my expertise as a council for operational performance within high value companies in Europe (including Ukraine), USA, India and Brazil (mainly in e-Business, IT, Medias-Telcos, Consulting, Digital Marketing and Professional Services).

I am managing M&A deals as the CEO of TRANSITEAM. We provide advisory services on Mergers & Acquisitions and Funding for TMT (Technologies-Media-Telcos) companies within global markets (mainly EU, USA, India & Brazil).

I founded TRANSITEAM with 3 other senior Partners and driving the company's management until now. Prior to TRANSITEAM I was also Insurio’s (*) Founder and President and was driving the operations as CEO. Previously, I used to be sales and marketing director at Circea (Viveo Group), a European leader for life and non life insurance solutions with a turnover near to 20M.€uros from which more than half made internationally.

I was previously responsible for sales development in the Finance Industry Group (Bank- Insurance) at EDS where I was involved in big outsourcing deals as I developed a full scale of services offerings (Outsourcing, Integration and e-Business as well as insurance group and savings management services).

I held the marketing and alliances director position for Southern Europe at Sequent. I began my career at Apple managing external communication and sponsorships activities before joining the sales department at DEC (Retail and Finance markets).

Gratuated with an MBA (Marketing at Sciences Politiques - Sorbonne Paris I), I hold a Master & Licence in Marketing-Communication (IFP-Paris II) plus a Licence in History (Sorbonne - Paris I).
