Subsidiary of a huge Dutch company, (3rd European dairy group - around 2200 employees), we distribute dutch cheeses in France, mainly to retailers, but also to wholesalers and industrials (whole cheeses, blocks, wedges and slices).
My responsibilities:
=> guarantee and secure all our customers and articles data bases, prices, discounts and conditions in our system.
=> Secure all the flow, from orders to reception at customer's warehouse, and so,invoices
=> Develop the EDI tool (orders, DESADV and invoices)
=> guarantee and improve the reliability and accuracy of our sales forecasts.
=> handle and analyze customers complaints and be proactive for decreasing the number of received complaints.
