Subsidiary of a huge Dutch company, (3rd European dairy group - around 2200 employees), we distribute dutch cheeses in France, mainly to retailers, but also to wholesalers and industrials (whole cheeses, blocks, wedges and slices).
My responsibilities:
=> guarantee and secure all our customers and articles data bases, prices, discounts and conditions in our system.
=> Secure all the flow, from orders to reception at customer's warehouse, and so,invoices
=> Develop the EDI tool (orders, DESADV and invoices)
=> guarantee and improve the reliability and accuracy of our sales forecasts.
=> handle and analyze customers complaints and be proactive for decreasing the number of received complaints.

Our tools: SAP, BW (statistics), APO (forecasts)

- solving problems linked to customer orders.
- implementation of new procedures for checking orders, in collaboration with supply chain and sales departments.
- optimization by reducing complexity of data processings flow
- Key user SAP:
=> Implementation of SAP in the company and BW (Statistic module)
=> SAP trainer (8 people)
=> SAP / BW improvements, with SAP consultants

- Preparing and following production plannings
- organizing production teams
- Analyzing production lines productivity

OVOCIEL is a subsidiary of CECAB group (agricultural cooperative,specialized in preparation of eggs (liquid or frozen) for industrials (egg yolk,white,whole, with salt or sugar)
Managment of about 15 people in production

=> Scheduling the production planning
=> analyzing production wastes and productivity.
=> following and checking all production steps from reception, eggs breaking, separatiion, pasteurazition, packing and loading in trucks.
=> implementation ISO 9002 (certified in April 1999)
