My primary goal as a concierge is to ensure that guests have permanently a pleasant experience during their stay in the hotel, by answering questions and making recommendations. A warm welcoming and hospitality skills are meaningful to me, because as an expert on the tourism industry in the city, I am their referal in the hotel.

* Conscientious and flexible team player, always insisting on the highest standards, inspiring confidence from the guest, by promoting a clear and tailor-made service built specifically around customer needs. Am a knowledgeable person about the Paris and France in general, lived in Paris for 35 years.
* Communication skills : communicate with guests clearly. Can speak 5 languages (French/ Mandarin chinese/ Cantonese chinese/ English/ Spanish.
Being the go to person for any of the customer's needs and questions, with always a positive attitude and a smiling face.
* Strong cultural background: providing information on the facilities available and the services able to be booked including information on travel routes, available tours, schedules for outings and transportation availability.
* Good problem solving skills (emergencies), and good organizational skills.
* Dealing with all kind of ethical queries in a sensitive, professional, polite and confidential manner.
2009 - 2010Accueil, conseil, assistance dans l'organisation "sur mesure" du séjour des clients affaires et loisirs, solutionne les problèmes, anticipe les imprévus et gère le travail de back-office (traitement des mails et fax clients).
2007 - 2008In charge of handling and optimizing every single lead from the Asian market (business and leisure side), from chinese / korean / japanese accounts, on the room and banqueting division.
2001 - 2007* In charge of responding RFP mainly from asian travel agencies, tour operators.
* Doing site inspection of the property.
