Having a transversal experience in very varied fields of companies, (people management, project management, recruitment, formation, negotiations, management tutor, ...), I am in active research of job.
Other fields: I have a recognized experience in management training and management coaching (more than 2 000 trained people, more than 50 managers accompanied). I m also lecturer and writer (I write 3 books, and I prepare 3 books).
What I can bring?
• My people and operation management experience (35 years);
• My active and successful participation in French national projects such as TourinFrance (national description of the tourism data bases), negotiations about the Collective agreement for tourism organizations (employers representation)...
• My high level responsibilities engagement;
• A strong autonomy and engagement for missions asking a challenge;
• An international mobility, directly related to the proposal interest.
I remain open to any specific request, in particular for projects, speaker for formations in schools or with university.
My objective: the passion to transmit.

1997 - 2007The resources director missions covered the following activities:
- Member of the Management committee, having taken over temporarily the duties of the preceding general manager
- To ensure financial management - 4 million € -(budget, accountancy, treasury...) and the staff management - 30 people - (legal, pay...),
- To ensure the management of the means (data-processing, buildings, relations with suppliers, ...),
- To ensure the information management diffused by Internet (public and professional websites, more one million of unique visitors) and the regional data base (12 000 tourist objects),
- To ensure the documentation logistic management (1 million booklets),
- To ensure complementary missions near other partners like associations, national Federation, training activities...
- Participation, like employers, to the negotiation for the tourism collective agreement.
1969 - 1990Various jobs within Company IBM France: technician methods (1969/1970), head of manufacturing methods department (1971/1975), social activities management auditor(1975/1980), Director assistant of the management systems in load of the administrative reorganization (1980/1984), trainer school of the executives (1985), technical engineer in load of new prospective customers small compagnies (1986/1990)
