Today I hold the position of PMO at Matis Group. I conduct various deployments of information systems in all entities (Brazil, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Maroc and France).
The MATIS Group is now among the key actors in the Consulting, Engineering and Technology Sector.

1 Planning and animation of functional workshops
2 Construction and analysis of the detailed architecture system (HR Access, Peoplesoft)

- Audit and reorganization of services (eg DSI)with the main following tasks:
1 Realization of the existing's diagnosis (IT topography, structure, staff and strengths / weaknesses)
