In the first nine months of the year I have realized the same turnover as the total turnover of the previous year, even if the economical situation was not so good...
I have found and developped two new importer/dealers, whereas we were present only in 6 countries previously. 3 months after my first meeting with my new dealers we have participated with them in fairs in Sopron, Hungary and Nitra, Slovakia. I have brought to my new clients the necessary marketing support in order for them to developp the sales.
My new hungarian partner has even translated our catalogue, our price list and created a website for LUREM in hungarian...
2006 - 2007In charge of selling high volume digital printers (color and black and white) to printers and copy shops in Paris Region. First sale of a high volume black and white digital printer with a stacker realized in two months, for a price of 54 000 € with a maintenance contact over a 5 years period.
2004 - 2006In charge of Creating and animating my company in Belgrade.
Sales of french perfume and cosmetics in Serbia. Business to Business and Business to Customer Contacts. Marketing of the products. Clients follow-up. Logistic management.
1999 - 2004In charge of developing sales to French administrations. Achievement of the goals established for the black and white digital printing units, working mainly with 5 salesmen. 14 Digimasters were instaled during a 2 years period : rental deals over a 3 to 5 years period were signed for an amount from 300 000 to 600 000 € each. Sales increase on the whole range of pre-press, offset presses, post-press and consumables. Last achievement : instaling a whole print factory for the Ministry of Defence in Tulle (1 million €).

Rookie Project: sales of 1 massicot and 2 entry level offset Presses over 4 months (50000 € each).
