R&D for hair care products

Activities: as a trainee worker in R&D for hair care products, I led a strategic study on professional products with different missions:
- Technical analysis in formulation and packaging
- Organization of benchmarking tests…
Aim: discover a new R&D field and acquire more experience.
Improved qualities: team work, taking initiatives, pressure control.

R&D Packaging

Activities: as a trainee worker in the Packaging Development department (Team Packaging Research), I worked on different projects:
- Optimization of BDF cap stickers
- Development of a new packaging for a fluid (patents, contact of suppliers...)
- Tests: compatibility, traction....
Aim: acquire packaging knowledge and determine if this field suits me well as a future engineer.
Improved qualities: team work, autonomy, flexibility.

Activities: I worked as a trainee worker on the production-line. I closed bottles that I filled with cosmetic products, I labelled them then I packed them.
Aim: understand what workers on a production-line do in order to be a more effective manager later.
Improved qualities: team work, taking initiatives, concentration.
