2008 - 2010Groupe Alain Ayache is an independent french news group that edits popular magazines such as Réponse à Tout!, Questions de femmes, Cuisinez comme un Chef.
• Recruited to develop the Web activities
• Managed and coordinated web + mobile developments from concept (business model, budget, specifications) through completion.
• Collaborated and direct web agencies, SEO/SEM agencies, advertising… to create and consistently meet deadlines and requirements.
• Effectively built, motivate and direct production teams (designers, news team…).
• Assured the optimizations of the websites, reporting and promotion.
• Managed all operational, staffing, financial and administrative functions.
Key achievements:
- 2010: 20th birthday of Réponse à Tout! (Iphone, TV…)
- 2009: Launch of www.reponseatout.com and www.ludojeux.com
2005 - 2008• Daily edited online magazine for women aged 35 and +, launched in December 2005
