• Since 2010: Secretary of the local association: in charge of the formal communication from the board, preparation, animation and redaction of the minutes of the board committees
• Since 2009: Intervention Leader: I lead the teams during the various activities (emergency & first aid) or "PSR" (Mobile Rescue Team).
• Since 2007: PAE 3 & 1: regular trainings of PSC1 sessions to the public and PSE1 & 2 to members of the Red Cross.
• April 2010 to April 2012 : Local Director : management of 60 volunteers in three areas: Training, Emergency and Rescue missions. Assisted by 4 deputy directors, 6 managers and ponctually by project managers.
I was in charge of the preparation of annual budget (30K€), communication plans, recruiting interviews, administrative monitoring of the various activities, and organisation of monthly team meeting.
