Sales of economic, financial and political information to companies set up in China. I had to sell informative newsletter, market studies and conferences.
The prospection of new customers was really important especially in 2008 with the Olympic Games bringing so much business in China.

I was in charge of the customer service in French and English for French and foreign customers regarding complaints, payments and renewal of contract.
Improvement of the marketing and the commercial tools. For example, I added some "modules" on the website to allow customer to have a larger information about classic actuality in addition to the specialize vision they could have with our product. This improves the return rate of our customer on the company website.

Moreover, this experience in China was incredible since I discover a country, a population and a language made of a mix between extreme tradition and modernism.
