2006 - 2006in charge of a 6 sigma project which has as its subject the improvement of the external logistics, animation brainstorming to define the real expectations of GE in terms of delivery times, development of team's charter with the management of three collaborators, analysis of delays caused by suppliers, design new metrics, connect to Oracle data bases that permit the suppliers’ analysis. Training in lean manufacturing and 6-sigma methodology.
2006 - 2006within a team of student engineers, preparation, development and review of statistical survey project of the exit flow of fuels. The goal was the optimization of the site
