In charge of coordination of local puchazing quality teams for eastern countries : Russia, Roumania, Turkey, India, China, Korea, South Africa. My tasks covers :
- Monthly Suppliers Performance follow up with the head of the local DQDA entities
- Team skills management
- ASES (Renault-Nissan common suppliers QMS evaluation) certificator for the quality experts
- ANPQP trainer and certificator
- Excellence Plan creation and follow up with engineering-Purchasing and Manufacturing Teams (Improvement action plan implemented during new projects on Risky suppliers in regards to Quality area) for Sandero and Duster in Roumania, Fluence in Turkey, Koleos SM3 and SM5 in South Korea

- Integrated to Renault-Nissan Transversal workgroups - AEEP ( Alliance Engineering Exchange Program)
- Nominated in the Renault Purchasing Youth Council
