Work on various analytical techniques as liquid chromatography (HPLC, UPLC) with all separation types (IE, SE, RP coupling to fluo or UV detection), SPR technology (Biacore C), electrophoresis (type SDS, IEF, coupling to classical colorations or WB), and new technology as Bioanalyzer (molecular weigh) and ICE280 (Isoformes).

Control of various analytical techniques (Chromatography, Elisa, Electrophoresis) equipements (HPLC et UPLC Waters, Biacore, ICE280, Bioanalyzer) and their software (Empower², …).

Development of amino acids analysis to support cellular culture process development.
In charge of development of glycan mapping, to control proteins glycosylation profil, on antibodies and glycoproteins.
