2006 - 2008Focusing on retail consulting for the luxury industry, especially centered on the Retail Pro system, global leading POS solution used in 40 000 stores and 75 countries, localized in 18 languages
My role in Marketing:
- Market survey: target (400 + luxury companies) and competitors (5-10 major international competitors)
- Trends analysis on the retail IT market
- Development of the company's communication strategy
- Creation of marketing tools: brochures, trade show equipments, internet website updates, newsletters, interveiw with Retail Pro's CEO
- Press relations : press file, press communiques, organization and participation to interviews for fashion and textile industry magazine
- Organization of events around Retail Pro: tradeshows, various shows for customers and leads...
- Research of softwares to enrich the product range and the expertise offered by the company: reporting, CRM, time attendance...

2003 - 2005- Attend the ambassador in his mission : oversee his planning, booking appointments and meetings, handle specific requests.
- Translation from Korean to French, English to French, French to English
- Coordination of the relations between French companies and the delegation in the framework of the purchase and ensuing renovation of a building aimed at hosting the premises of the delegation.
1999 - 2001Junior consultant on international projects:
- I worked with 7 senior training managers involved on various aspects of the Crrefour Group globalization, such as implementing a Group intranet website devoted to training, customer service best practices in South Korea, organizing intercultural seminars for future expatriates, ensuring the follow-up of French and Chinese trainees during their internship in France before taking positions in the Group foreign subsidiaries.
