- As a COACH, I support, question, clarify, confront, encourage and reveal, so my clients can move smoothly through change or turn ideas into actions.

- As a TRAINER, I facilitate learning, share knowledge, share experience, provide guidance, and promote the development of a wide range of skills (hard/soft).

- As a Program DESIGNER I clarify clients' needs to propose the most relevant approach in line with desired impact. I also conceive creative and professional visual supports.

A team member with 2 international consulting firms, I favour a collaborative approach. I also work on specific projects with other fellow coaches. My clients range from individuals to global organisations across continents. My working languages are English, French and Japanese.

I am an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Head of Communication of ICF Rhône-Alpes (France).

I currently train with Master Coach Alain Cardon ( www.metasysteme.eu ) and I keep studying and researching a variety of topics across disciplines.

I started as a business consultant 10 years ago in Australia, where I worked with individuals and SME. Previously I have worked across France, Japan and Australia for 12 years, as a Japanese interpreter, as an IT specialist and as an organisation executive in the Airline, Media, IT & Finance industries.

I live in Lyon, France with my husband and 4 children. We hold both French and Australian citizenships. Our friends and 'extended' family live across the globe.
