2008 - 2008Completed the translation of documents, fact sheets and engineering manuals (electrical, mechanical, broadcasting and air conditioning) from French into Spanish and from Spanish into English, for building projects in Algeria and in the Sultanate of Oman. 2006 - 2007Directed and managed computer maintenance project developments from beginning to end. Defined project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Developed full-scale project plans and associated communications’ documents. Effectively communicated project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 2002 - 2003Implemented and piloted a ‘Customer Satisfaction Department’. Recruited and managed a team of three telesales staff. Organized and facilitated group meetings. Scripted questionnaires and calling pitches in collaboration with the marketing team. Selected and set the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interview) software solution. Conducted operational monitoring and defined action plans in collaboration with transverse Departments.
