Responsible of the International Customers portfolio and of the setting up of a dedicated Key Account strategy for national customers.
In charge of the Marketing and sales strategy for Romania, of the relationship with the suppliers (CAT & METSO Minerals), and of the orders & inventory management under free-cash flow constraints.

Achievements: : Elaboration of new Key Account dept. with a dedicated strategy focused on market shares recovery throughout special process, tactics and customized offers.
Adjustment of the Sales and Marketing strategy to the Romanian crisis context (marketing tactics, aggressive prospection actions, etc.), inventory depletion actions in order to improve the free-cash flow (10M€ improvement in 1 year), implementation of a CRM tool, animation of sales training sessions.
Actor of the internal development through the reorientation of organization and process focused on customer’s satisfaction; development of a new internal reporting tool; organization of transversal strategic analysis meeting in order to find out solutions to the economical situation of the company.

Recovery of two lost customers by the development of customized and value added relationship and with the sharing of expertise and best practices, thus contributing to lower operational costs.
Managed two minining project during their feasibility study, thereby ensuring optimum positioning for the CAT products (Machine’s Investment budgets up to € 45millions each).

Mission : In charge of the marketing strategy for the product, of the follow up of the daily business and the achievement of the margin target, of the optimization of the ordering/inventory. In charge of the relationship/negotiation with suppliers (supports, forecast, etc.), of the support of the sales force (about CAT and competition products, market intelligence and machine tests). Preparation of sales and marketing materials and animation of training and promotional events on professional fairs or exhibitions.

Achievements : Successful introduction of a new product range (C series Minihex in 2005/06), participation in the setting up of a new agricultural sub dealer network for the distribution of Telehandler.
