Curently working as a project manager in a French company that gets projects from Healthcare directors, I realise guidance studies for refurbishing or/and building a Healthcare Facility.
My clients are Directors of Healthcare Facilities (Hospitals, senior homes, etc.).
Those studies are taken into consideration once a prior study has been done in consultation with the users (Doctors, nurses, etc.).
The prior study is a preliminary reflexion aiming at establishing a diagnosis, setting up the project in its context and defining its guidelines.
The realised studies for the client include :
- Master Plan
- Feasibility studies
- General programme
- Detailled programme
- Operation support during studies
I was in Sweden for six month in the Luleå University of Technology in order to widen my technical and cultural knowledge. I especially wish to evolve internationally in the future.
My education in Urban Engineering gives me the tools and the skills to be a good project manager. The two six-month internships required bring me some practical knowledge.
Given missions are :
- Master plan : a concise assessment of the aspects influencing strategic choices as well as a projection of the financial consequences linked to each option, thus defining development, improvement and maintenance policies
- Feasibility analysis : it’s a preliminary study undertaken to determine and document a project's viability
- general programme : reference document expressing the contractor’s order to the project manager and containing all the information needed for project management studies
- detailed programme : as the project progresses, conceptors need a more precise framework
- Assistance to the conceptors contracting owners
- General operating assistance including administrative, technical and financial counselling thorough studies.
Those missions are done in the occasion of an Healthcare Facility (Hospitals, Nursing homes, etc.) refurbishment or/and building project.
2009 - 2010As an intern in a French company that gets projects from Healthcare buildings, I worked as a project manager for building Healthcare facilities.
The aim was to make Directors of Healthcare buildings to be acquainted of their needs concerning the project, make a cost estimation, find the architect and follow up the project studies until the construction.
2008 - 2009As Hospitals are increasingly called upon to rebuild or upgrade their facilities, there is a growing need to seek new strategies to “sale” or to “valorize” (program to retrofit for sale) old buildings and grounds.
We were a group of French engineering students working to put together a case study tool box to help Hospital’s Directors in that very important but specialized field.
This six-month mission financed by a French organism called MainH (Mission d'Appui à l'Investissement National Hospitalier), had as purpose to create a practical guidebook.
MainH : attached to the French Health Service, is one of the French organism which helps Hospital's Directors to improve the quality of services.
2007 - 20087 months’ work placement in a French construction company (Quille) as a construction manager. Worked on an extension of Soissons Hospital(France).
I was in charge of preparating, controling, and following up (planning, suggested price, negociation, operational plan, etc.) the work of some of the sub-contractors as millwork, waterproofness, airtightness, roofing and cladding.
Quille belongs to Bouygues, whose field is the large scale construction.
2006 - 2006Parents contacted me to give math courses to one of their children. I gave courses to two pupils, one was in secondary school and the other one was in high scool.
