Antoine Rouet

After a first professional experience in a thermal installation system company, I became generalist in building.

Now, I am working for a private equity and asset management company which does all their deals in hotels business.

In this organisation I am head of building department and I am in charge of three principal works:

- Building construction and renovation, which is the more interesting work because there is a lot of added value and I can manage projects from A to Z;

- Audit before acquisition. This work need a good knowledge in construction specification and specifically in fire specification;

- Property management, this is the less interesting part of my work, because there is no added value or not enough and I can't really act on assets because lessor has to do all building work and maintenance

Since November of 2009, I returned to school to do a Specialized Master degree in project management at Centrale Paris school.
