I'm Ariane and it's now 7 years I'm working in Textile Branch.
I'm been leaving in Shanghai for 3 years & I'm back to France since January 2010.
Indeed, I've just joined a French Company producing Souledge & Redsoul Brands garments.
I'm in charge of production & quality management for these 2 brands.

65 contacts* Management of 2 Chinese Merchandisers and 1 QC who are in direct contact with the factory in order to track sample processing & production.
* Studying new technical files, looking for fabrics according to buyer’s requests, negotiating buying prices & shipment dates with factories according to buyer’s targets.
* Choosing factories where to place orders according to their product specialty, their quality range and their production capacity and schedule.
* Optimizing production costs and solving technical processing problems to get the highest profits.
* Complete samples processing with French stylists, French designers, and Chinese factories in order to assure conformity and launch bulk production.
* Bulk production follow up and quality control management of online & finished garment production.
* Managing documents related to shipment of goods and letter of credit opened to our suppliers.
* Monitoring daily office accounting (overhead and payroll).
2005 - 2007* Preparing technical files and collecting complete information from buyer for each style ordered. Transferring all details to our factories based in China, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan or Tunisia for pricing and sampling.
* Managing sampling directly with factories, samples inspecting as per buyer’s specifications in order to reach conformity agreement.
* Pushing factories for samples and pressing client for feedback in order to respect sampling, production and shipping schedules for each style.
* Quality control of the production lot in factories before final buyer’s inspection.
* Drafting all labelling and packing requirements for each customer.
2003 - 2004* Translating buyer’s and in house stylist’s feedback from French to English for our factories based in France, Portugal, Tunisia, India and China.
* Monitoring shipment and delivery date of fabrics ordered in Asia for our European manufacturers.
* Ordering accessories and garment/cartons labelling for each style and forwarding them to the factories.
* Drafting labelling and packing requirements according to each Client (Blanche Porte, les 3 Suisses, 1.2.3 Etam, Cora, Weill, Un Jour Ailleurs) and forwarding them to factories
* Shipments and warehouse deliveries follow up for each style.
