Pro-activity is more than a word for me, it's a way of life. Indeed, without innovation, creativity and so pro-activity, ones cannot progress, change or evolve.
Pro-activity is the right of acting and choosing your own way, the hability of having your own opinion, but most of all to listen, to follow your intuition, to be curious, creative and to learn from each other.

Challenge, is the second word that could explain my personnality. Challenges have always motivated my career's choices. Bringing my experiences and knowledge to a company, taking risks but only calculated risks.

In conclusion I will give you 3 colors, Blue for the mediterranean sea that have seen me growing up and for France the country where I was born, Red for Armenia country of my ancester that have given there lives in order we can live as free men and women, Green for Italy the other part of my origins and its beautiful landscapes.
