- Preparation of price offers based on the customer's RFQ
- Responsible for the project development and industrialisation; from the project award to the PPAP approval by customer (start of serial production)

Communication in English, Czech and French (official language of the plant: Czech)

During a 6 months mission, I had to streamline the identification process on the hydraulics motors assembly line:
- Implementation of RFID technology (then subcontracted for programming)
- modification of painting mask design
- demonstration of feasibility for new laser-engraved identification plates, with engraved bar-code.

I also work on the optimisation of a new assembly line, that was supposed to be built in 2009.
