Aude enters Ineum Consulting on May 2007 as a Consultant in Organisation & Strategy for Banking, Financial Services & Insurance.
Aude is immediately fully involved in the Europaid mission, subsidized by the European Union, consisting in helping the transformation of 5 Public Banks in Algeria (90 % of the banking market). There, she coordinates the project, on behalf of the team Manager (Budget, Contracts, Internal Organization, Delivery)
Aude participates in the launch of the SEPA offer in the firm.

She is currently working on the creation of a bank in Maghreb for a global financial actor.
She has developed a strong experience in operational strategy, project management, process optimisation (means of payments, credits, distribution,international trade).
