Ingénieure Méthode - Amélioration continue
I realised my “Baccalauréat Scientifique, option Science de l’Ingénieur”, equivalent to A-Level specialized in Engineering, in June 2006.
After, the “Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieur de Tarbes”, equivalent to an engineering school specialized in industrial engineering, allowed me to make one years in prep courses.
Then I obtained my “DUT Génie Mécanique et Productique”, equivalent to BTEC Higher National Diploma specialised in production and mechanics.
Currently, I study in “CESI”, equivalent to engineering school specialized in industrial engineering on work-based training. I continue my studies and I can work on my land too.
I go in search of a trainee in abroad to complete my work experience.
2008 - 2011Optimization of production’s flux and reliability of delay: Analyse the flux, find the problems and their causes, setting up actions and check the effectiveness of the approach.
My actions were:
-Organize the flux of specific packaging.
-Organize a shipment area.
-Reduce the time of transit between the blocks of the factory.
-Setting up of a post monitoring for several workstations.
Improvement of productivity with individual performance:
-Calculate the workload and the capacity of a pilot plant.
-On the workstation, define the time for every reference with an estimate of the manipulator. It was to calculate the allocate time.
-Measure real time with an informatics system.
-Setting up of indicators and objective for every people.
My project for September 2011 is to set up the same actions in the other workshop of my factory.
2008 - 2008Setting up of a system to control shades:
-It’s a method to confirm a satisfactory quality for the production workshop.
-It’s a process to control the shade, which is produced by the machine, and it help to decide if the shade can be to go to in other workshops, which product.
-I realised about 500 tests to find a good method.
-My system allowed to economize about 200 € per years.
