Several years of work experiences as technical manager, finalized by an engineering degree, allow me to:
- Formalize multidisciplinary technical needs (transport, energy, aviation),
- Set up schedules of follow-up of projects (ranging-poles(milestones), critical path)
- Insure the follow-up Quality and the schedules of a development (dashboards),
- Actively Participate in the Management of Projects (Quality, Costs Deadlines(Extensions)),
- Share the strategic axes of industrial development,
- Take into account the chances and the technical and financial constraints to the teams leaders,
- Answer customers issues,
- Facilitate a collaborative work, with European and worldwide teams,
- Know the metallic, plastic and composite materials high performances.
My previous international experiences will allow me to be very quickly operational. The piloting of teams completes my technical, industrial skills and my knowledge of the subcontractors.

• Manage & plan project quality (incl. quality management milestones : Gate Reviews, Audits …)
• Ensure the existence of a synchronized schedule of deliverables by the different “metiers”
• Ensure Project Quality Plan application, preparing Gate Reviews & follow up related action plan
• Build the files for Gate Reviews based on verified evidences
• Report quality and safety alerts
• Control project deliverables' compliance through inspections and audits - to authorize presentation / delivery to Customer –
• Manage Non Conformities and Safety Issues and animate problem solving during project execution phase
• Measure and improve Project quality performances
• Approve Project Safety Case (when no external Independent Safety Assessor is employed)
• Ensure the quality of the modifications made during the project
