Jeff has 20 years hands-on experience as PROJECT MANAGER. He has delivered end-to-end IT projects in challenging multi-cultural environments.

Jeff has solid experience in complex PROGRAMMES, both as PROGRAMME MANAGER (for a global Y2K programme) and as PMO (for an ERP programme and for a company merger programme)

As PMO MANAGER, Jeff has set up and worked in various types of PMO (project, programme and portfolio office) including
--- Set up a European IT PMO (Project Support office) for NEC Computers, focussing mostly on methods and training
--- Worked in a large IT PMO at Fortis Benelux (a mixed Project Support Office / Portfolio Management Office) supporting 130 project managers. Responsible for a project management maturity assessment (PMMA).

Jeff is an OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED TRAINER in Project Management (certified Prince2 trainer), Programme Management (certified MSP trainer) and PMOs (certified P3O trainer). He brings his long experience to the classroom through personal case stories, and explains Prince2 & MSP in practical terms that the Project Manager or Programme Manager can apply to his daily work.

As a CONSULTANT, Jeff can help teams to adapt Prince2 to their needs; to set up a P3O solution; and to measure P3 maturity (Project, Programme or Portfolio Management)
