WELCOM SA - Interim executive management and reorganisation of the French subsidiary of a U.S. software distributor placed in liquidation. Missions included - corporate liquidator/administrator, transfer of business and closure of a French legal entity corporation - termination of employment contracts, leases, vendors and transfer of clients.

DIXON WILSON SA – Property design/build/budget management for the Paris office of a London based group of chartered accountants.

PRIVATE CLIENTS – Advisory services relative to transition, restructuring, relocation, board restructuring, human resources management and property acquisition.

MAISON VAN GOGH - Strategic planning, business plan/budget development and outside negotiation for a not for profit organisation during the phases of reorganisation and fund raising.

Reporting to the CEO of Global Asset Management (GAM). Responsible for Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Facilities divisions. This included:
- Co-ordination and integration of GAM divisions following the recent acquisition by UBS.
- Administrative review of the existing headquarters and international companies.
- Renegotiation of employment contracts and bonus system to align with UBS, the parent company.
- Legal entity review of the family of funds with the intent of restructuring and consolidation.

Reporting to the President of Banque Lehman Brothers and the Chief Operating Officer for Lehman Brothers Europe. Member of the board of directors of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers S.A. and Lehman Brothers Conseil.
Responsible for the daily management of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers Conseil S.A. and Lehman Brothers Services S.N.C.
This included:
- Development and implementation of the business/strategic plan and new products for France.
- Daily management of the businesses of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A. and its related entities.
- Liaison with French regulatory authorities (article “17”, Mandataire Social) and outside counsel.
- Advisor to the president of Banque Lehman Brothers and the Chief Operating Office for Europe.
- Implementation and development of the group’s cost efficiencies programs on a local basis.
- Co-ordination with Lehman Brothers International and New York management.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Europe.
Responsible for the orderly implementation and management of structural reforms within the framework of the Lehman Brothers Continental European strategy.
This included:
- Co-ordination, opening and implementation of new businesses and legal entities.
- Rationalization and restructuring of legal entities and administrative operations.
- Ensuring sound budgetary and expenditure controls.
- Corporate restructuring to achieve maximum capital utilization and tax effectiveness.
- Management of European administrative and operational staff.
- Liaison with local regulatory bodies and outside counsel.

Reporting to head of the Global Commodity/Futures Division. Responsibilities included:
- Managing the effective merger and integration of the European branch operations and commodities
trading of EF Hutton Europe into Lehman Brothers Europe.
- Implementing an effective merger of a metals trading company into the Lehman Group.
- Establishment of monitoring controls for risk and performance appraisals.
