- Renegotiation of employment contracts and bonus system to align with UBS, the parent company.
- Legal entity review of the family of funds with the intent of restructuring and consolidation.
1991 - 2000Reporting to the President of Banque Lehman Brothers and the Chief Operating Officer for Lehman Brothers Europe. Member of the board of directors of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers S.A. and Lehman Brothers Conseil.
Responsible for the daily management of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers S.A., Lehman Brothers Conseil S.A. and Lehman Brothers Services S.N.C.
This included:
- Development and implementation of the business/strategic plan and new products for France.
- Daily management of the businesses of Banque Lehman Brothers S.A. and its related entities.
- Liaison with French regulatory authorities (article “17”, Mandataire Social) and outside counsel.
- Advisor to the president of Banque Lehman Brothers and the Chief Operating Office for Europe.
- Implementation and development of the group’s cost efficiencies programs on a local basis.

1983 - 1988Reporting to head of the Global Commodity/Futures Division. Responsibilities included:
- Managing the effective merger and integration of the European branch operations and commodities
trading of EF Hutton Europe into Lehman Brothers Europe.
- Implementing an effective merger of a metals trading company into the Lehman Group.
- Establishment of monitoring controls for risk and performance appraisals.
