En tant qu’Ingénieur Conseil Grands Comptes, je suis amené à travailler dans des environnements clients les plus divers et complexes. Lors de mes missions, je suis amené à conduire des projets d’exploitation et à travailler sur des problématiques liées à SMS/SCCM, MOM/SCOM.
Lors des missions chez mes clients, j'ai pour but de
- Répondre de façon précise et experte aux demandes techniques en apportant tous les éléments de réponse
- Etablir et conserver des relations étroites et de confiance avec les clients
- Analyser et proposer des améliorations sur les infrastructures et les systèmes
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes, d’implication économique critique pour les clients Microsoft et nécessitant une connaissance approfondie
- Réaliser des transferts de compétences
- Travailler avec les Responsables Techniques de Compte (TAM), les Ingénieurs Support et les autres interlocuteurs Microsoft de vos clients.
J'ai pour objectif de cultiver la satisfaction des clients Microsoft en apportant mon expertise sur le Management et la supervision de systèmes :

2007 - 2010As part of a European team, I am in charge of providing high technical support to Microsoft Premier customers on the following products :
• Microsoft SMS 2003 (Microsoft System Management Server 2003)
• Microsoft SCCM 2007 (Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007)
• MOM 2005 (Microsoft Operations Manager 2005)
• Microsoft SCOM 2007 (Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007)
• Microsoft SCE 2007 (Microsoft System Center Essentials 2007)
I also collaborate with other support teams at Microsoft such as SQL, Core or Exchange…
My job consists in providing to the biggest Microsoft’s customers a high technical expertise on their projects. I help them to troubleshoot and configure their product, provide assistance in their projects, send feedback to the development teams to provide the best customer’s satisfaction.
I am in charge of first and second level escalation issues from HP (Hewlett Packard) support on SMS 2003 and SCCM 2007 products: I provide mentoring on these technologies and advices on how to troubleshoot them. I am also the entry point of the HP support teams on SMS/SCCM issues for issues escalation.
I am in charge of developing and maintaining the technet team blog : http://blogs.technet.com/fr_system_center This means to deal with the maintenance of the blog and the legal terms while publishing content.
I took part to the move plans of the Microsoft France headquarters to the new buildings. I had the opportunities to join input groups while planning the move and I assisted the project team by gathering the needs in the future building.
As part of a team I developed a one day training on System Center Operations Manager 2007 for Microsoft Premier Customers. I developed lab environment and the content to present a 1:30 hour session with a hundred participant from various big companies.
