Marketing and communication is the experience I have been developed for 14 years in an international environment.

Since graduation (postgraduate degree), my work experience has been with multicultural and hi-technology companies mainly in the function of marketing-communication specialist where I have learnt a wide range of skill and experience.

As a communication manager, I have driven the advertising and public relations plan increasing awareness and press coverage. I have demonstrated my ability to be well organized by managing trade shows and events. I successfully contributed to the development of brand awareness by creating and distributing adapted promotional paper and electronic supports.

In addition to my office experience, I have excellent communication skill, I am dynamic and flexible. Over the last year, English has been my working language and I also speak Spanish, Russian and Polish.

2004 - 2006

• Implemented and executed the communication plan.
• Consolidated international PR and managed 6 PR agencies in Europe and the US to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and strategy.
• Conducted web site project management and creation of a new Business to Customer (B to C) web site. Achieved an increase of unique visitors from 450 000 to 600 000 during first year.
• Set up press conferences and organised participation at trade shows
• Organised the company’s participation at the « Mobile World Congress » trade show in Barcelona (50 000 visitors and 1000 exhibitors), creating the company’s brand in the European market.

High Tech
1999 - 2004

• Built the European communication plan and branding at company launch (ON-Semiconductor was formerly a division of Motorola) – Budget of 1,4 million € /year.
• Supported sales and marketing team with the creation of corporate identity promotional items.
• Animated customer/distributor database (3000 contacts). Implemented a fast and convivial web interface updating our sales team customer account and direct mailing tool.
• Acted as the European contact for media and editors of electronic press in Europe. Distributed press releases and organized interviews.
• Handled the organization and coordination of trade show and events, enabling the company to be recognized a key player in the European electronic field – Participation at the prestigious Electronica 2000 in Munich.
• Travelled in Europe and the US.
