Inergy Automotive System is a leader in the fuel tank system Industry which has 25 facilities in 19 different countries.
In 2007, Inergy has delivered more than 12.7 million Fuel Systems with a turnover of EUR 1.2 billion.

I am the Quality Responsible of several Global projects. These projects are producing in several plants.
For example : one project is for Belgium, Slovakia, Korea, China and the United States.

In this activity, I receive the support of a Metrology team, a Supplier Quality Engineering team and a Quality Engineer in each plant.

The biggest part of my job was to audit the 22 worldwide plants and the 3 technical centers of the company.
I was leading the audit with the support of a co-auditor. This co-auditor was a Quality Manager coming from one of 22 worldwide factories.

I was also in charge of the training of the co-auditors of the company to our Referential.
I was leading the yearly review of the audit referential.
A last part of my function was to improve the efficiency of the informatic tools of the department (which include the tool we use during audit to make automatic reports)

SMI is a french company implemented in Poland (Bielsko-Biala), in plastic injection and thermoforming.
Turn over: 3 millions euros.

I was responsible of half of the customers: the french one, Grosfillex(flower box), Faurecia and I'TEK(special bac in the pig industrie in thermoforming process and support for these BAC in plastic injection process)

I was the interface between the customer and all the departements of the company and also checking the good developping of the process during the production.

It was at Trnava in Slovakia. We were making the first 207.
I have worked in the quality department (in the AQT part on new controling plans which came form the experience of the collaboration with Toyota at Kolin (Tchek Republic).
