Grupo Mediatec is offering Dassault Systèmes PLM solutions to Mexican educational institutions since 2010: CATIA, ENOVIA Smarteam, DELMIA, 3DVIA Composer.

I'm in charge to build the business around PLM and related technological equipments through various activities:

- identify and create partnerships with leading technological companies
- conferences and speeches through Mexico
- participation in technological and educative events
- PLM concepts training and technical trainings
- establish communication between education and industry

Provide a new area of customer service with training solutions to give Mexican teachers the knowledge and skills used by industries to implement PLM and CAD solutions within their organization.

I'm also working to define the Grupo Mediatec social media strategy.

Creation of PCO Innovation Business Training to provide a unique view of the company to all employees.

What is PLM? What's the market? Our partners and competitors? How PCO is working? How to build your career at PCO?... One vision to help international consultants bring the best of themselves inside the company and outside on client sites.

I also assist management in driving new projects such as knowledge management and branding strategy.

As an international CAD and PLM consultant, I was trained on various PLM and CAD technologies from Dassault Systèmes (CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA), Siemens (Teamcenter) and PTC (Pro/ENGINEER).

Creation of training materials (presentations, courses, exercises, installation manuals), train others PCO consultants.

Consulting/Engineering Services at:

EUROCOPTER, EADS
Design, purpose and deliver VPM Customization to Eurocopter Customer Service Department: Spec, Propal, Integration phases and tests in order to fit customer service organization/structures/uses with VPM and CATIA V5 solutions.

On-site technical support on CATIA V5 and VPM for customer service engineers. Ensure the delivery of the right data to the simulation industry.

Ensure a strong and reactive technical support for engineers on CATIA V5 and VPM V4, working on the Falcon 7X interior design (cabinetry): best practice, engineering recommendations, new solutions development, tips...

Creation and Follow-up ECR and ECO for Dassault Falcon 7X and Falcon 2000 exotics customers requests.

Find, organize and control both engineering and manufacturing documentations (ECR, ECO, Instructions, ...) in single place, allowing engineers and technicians work with the same data, up-to-date and secure.

Tests of CATIA V5 Composites Design and Manufacturing Solutions following customers methodologies to ensure the software quality.

I participated in the development of new functionalities of CATIA V5 Composites solutions, its integration with ENOVIA PLM environment and the creation of scenarios to test CATIA V5 composites solutions within ENOVIA PLM environment according to customer uses and procedures.

Bugs detection and reporting to developers, new solutions and functionalities proposal, working directly with customers and development to build successful CATIA V5 future versions integrated in PLM strategy.

Tooling Design and Manufacturing for CNC manufacturing line in DASSAULT Aviation’s Method Department.

Using CATIA V4 to provide various tools for positioning and clamping medium size mechanical parts of the Rafale for CNC Machining.

I also made some tools design and manufacture them with laser cutting machines used for the Mirage 2000 maintenance.
