My role, in the Executive Search Dpt, was to manage worldwide searches and selection of candidates for the Country Manager.
I was a generalist, and candidates were Senior Executives for large firm listed in the SE or smaller firms with global exposure(Biotech or Medtech for example).
I did some European searches for the London office too (VP Marketing EMEA, Global VP Marketing... for a large FMCG firm based in continental Europe) and worked as a Consultant for middle management roles : search, selection and presentation of candidates.
