Eight months internship in Romania (june 2009 - february 2010)

Missions:

Responsible for roads construction in site SUN PLAZA (Bucharest). This work was part of a global contract for networks (water, gas, electric pipes, roads) which represented 2.236.000 euros.
In addition i supervised few specific mission (earthworks for retention basin, water pipes installations, interior network...).
By the end of the internship, supervision of all the site in partial autonomy.

Skills used:

Cost control - project management - topography - team management- communication & negotiation - civil engineering.

Work placement- 3 months

Training as construction manager assistant on a bridge construction site.
Responsibilities included, blueprints review, workers training programme, cost controll, project scheduling and management.

Skills used: team mangement, cost control, communication, project scheduling, structure calculation.

Work placement as technician - 2 Months

Creation of a procedure which permits to find the clogging rate and to measure the efficiency of the heat exchangers. The goal of this study was to solve some problems met on those heat exchangers.

Skills used: Project scheduling and management, thermodynamic, work in sensitive area

One year school project in collaboration with JC Decaux

Service conception (for the Vélo’v and Vélib’department),
which was in relation with the logistics.

Skills used: logistics, communication, project scheduling and management

Work placement - 1 Month

Discovey of the company and initiation to sales management.

Skills used:stock control, use of the marketing tools, public relations

One year project with CAPTEC Enterprise

Prduct reconception: new type of thermometer based on the flux-meter technology. Prototype was successfully delivered to the partner.

-2005 Military Training Course (3 weeks)
Certificated Commando Military training course with special distinction

Skills used: Tenacity, Rustic character, team management in crisis time.

-2006 In charge of safety during the "Lille aux enfants" demonstration (first edition).Funds crop for the UNICEF in order to protect poor children.

Skills used: cost control, communication, project management.
