- Development of the Information System Director Scheme – Projects management on implementation of worldwide core business software (supply chain, finance, accounts, CRM, HR) – Guarantee of the reliability, the consistency and the involvement of the Information System – Definition and development of the modernization strategy – Securing start-up projects, methodology and change management

- Numerous missions within Europe, North Africa, South America and Asia in order to create the backbone of the group by unifying and consolidating the operational, business development and information system teams
Guarantee of the International development, the streamlining and homogenization of all our best practices and processes with a strong return on investment (strategic view and a sense of detail)

- Definition, development and continuous optimisation of the group’s operational, quality management and reporting performance indicators: Real Time Tools for a permanent effective follow-up, EBIT, turnover, costs, Track and Trace...
