1998 - 2006Task : In charge of the Commercial policy and of the stores sales drive in France and International.
Managed the Strategy and Marketing policy (mix, purchase).
Resources : The French third largest distributor of hardware, home improvement and gardening products (DIY).
Over 1000 franchised stores of various sizes and formats in France, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Canada - Turnover of € 3.5 billion, 15% of market share.
Results : Formulated value-added process improvement recommendations for both development sites and store design. Created and developed a new commercial format for BRICOMARCHE and a new home improvement banner: Logimarché. Developed various label products.
January 2003: Purchase of a DIY store Bricomarché (sold on January 2006).
1992 - 1998Task :
In charge of the creation and the development of the independent dealer-owners format and banner: COPRA.
Resources :
SOCODA: the largest wholesalers group in France (for construction and building maintenance professionals and electric household appliances stores).
By December 1998: 500 specialized stores COPRA.
Results :
Improved the supply contracts and negotiated different partnerships with suppliers (turnover of €155 million.) : private label products, single national flyers.
Created a banner and a marketing program for independent home improvement professionals.
