I am managing IT projects for over 25 years with a specialisation on bespoke applications implementation, and an emphasis on implementing object oriented technologies and following agile development processes (UML and Unified Process).
Therefore, I have a genuine maturity in project management disciplines :
- stakeholders and end users relationships : requirements gathering and management, specifications, change management, negociation between client teams and development teams
- Software Development Lifecycle management : business modeling (BPM), solution modeling and design (SOA), best practices and standards (CMMI, PMI, Prince2), support tools, process improvement
- Project management : technical leadership of development team, planning, controllong, monitoring and reporting (KPIs), quality assurance, risk management using various tools
I believe key success factors for Entreprise Information Systems sustainability and performance are genuine business modeling, S.O.A. and fully defined and performed processes.
