- To supply 2 production sites on raw materials (oil, potatoes, flavours, inners, outers, boxes, ...)
- To coordinate any production shortfall or production issues

-> Material flow review (gain of 28% work space, 5% productivity)
-> Subcontract of metallic products (cost saving: 25% equals to 17.500€ per year)
