I was responsible for the running, maintenance and repair of all Audio Visual, Information Technology and Communications equipment installed onboard the Motoryacht.

Management of the installation and set to work of the entertainment system of new build yachts

Onboard MY Sarafsa for2 months to help the crew during the handover period of the system.

In Plymouth (UK) for 2 years to supervise the last phase of the current project.

Responsabilities:

• Collaboration with final customer team (captain, consultant...) on development of requirement documents
• Responsibility for product implementation schedule, time tracking, risk mitigation, project budgeting, task assignment and prioritization
• Nexus of project management, engineering, design, install, set-to-work, quality assurance, commissioning and sea-trials
• On-site team management (up to 10 engineers & technicians)
• Document organization and reporting of project status to all constituencies (i.e. technical team, executive staff)
