2007 - Acquisition of Inforte, based in the USA, Germany, India and the United Kingdom.
- Acquisition of the Russian consultancy and engineering company DSS, a Business Intelligence specialist.

2006 - B&D acquires Mi Services with headquarters in the UK and USA.
- Cognitis Ibérica, a Spanish-based company, is acquired.
- B&D strengthens its SAP expertise in Switzerland with the acquisition of SyBOR.
- B&D acquires a majority interest in Integrated Solutions, Switzerland.

2005 - Acquisition of Nexhos, an engineering company based in Brussels and Luxemburg.
- Domino Systems, specializing in web design and e-business technology.
- Implementation is acquired by B&D.
- B&D opens its first office in North America.

2004 - B&D acquires the Dutch company Search And Solve, renamed Business & Decision Netherlands BV.
- British company Lenton (Cambridge) acquired and merged into Business & Decision Ltd.
- B&D increases its presence in Switzerland with the acquisition of 28% of Integrated Solutions (Geneva).

2003 - Significant acquisitions in IT Consulting.

2002 - SPSInfoquest (Great-Britain and Belgium) acquired. The British branch of the company becomes Business & Decision Ltd.

2001 - B&D IPO entered on Euronext Paris' Nouveau Marché
- Significant acquisitions in e-Business and EIM.
- B&D opens Offshore Centre in Tunisia.

2000 - Eolas web agency acquired.
- Business & Decision AG founded in Zurich (Switzerland).
- Business & Decision España founded in Madrid (Spain).
- B&D opens regional agencies in Western France (Nantes), French Alps (Lyon) and South-East (Aix-en-Provence).

1999 - Creation of the first French regional agency (Lille) and introduction of e-Business services.

1997 - Introduction of CRM services.
