It's been more than 2 years that I work as a lead support analyst at Planora. I'm in charge of the support service, the following with the clients and the software quality.
I am a lead support analyst at Planora (known before as Omega Optimisation) since 2009. This company from Montreal is specialised in the edition of a decision support system managing employees complex schedules.
I'm supporting our customers in their safe and responsible use of the product and in their evolving needs.
My major responsabilities are :
- Collect customer needs and to configure their account
- Train the users
- Answer technical questions
- Propose alternatives to improve current configurations
- Write the technical documentation and the release notes for each new version
- Test and validate new functionalities
