- Set up, develop and follow up communication strategies and programmes.
- Plan, design and execute press relations strategies and activities.

- Develop social mobilization campaigns / lobbying.
- Initiate, implement and promote partnerships with publishers, public authorities, not for profit and educational organizations and companies.
Publishing
- Develop and run editorial projects (traditional and electronic media): design, rewriting, artistic direction, editing…
- Implement and improve distribution of communication materials.
Pedagogical skills
- Create educational materials.
- Set up non-formal and peer-to-peer education programs.
- Devise and implement training programs and materials.
- Deliver training sessions (communication, media, the rights of the child, sustainable development…).
Management
- Elaborate and set up strategic action plans.
- Manage relations with service providers (communication and marketing agencies, survey institutes and printers).
- Elaborate and follow up budgets.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Elaborate, monitor and implement the UNICEF’s global strategy for education in France.
- Create and develop youth participation and peer-to-peer education programs.
- Oversee editorial concept, implementation and distribution of educational and communication tools.
- Negotiate and set up partnerships with publishers, public authorities, not for profit and educational organizations, media and companies.
- Set up and run training programs.
- Organize and follow up missions in developing countries.
- Participate in UNICEF network for education for development
- Budget: 300.000 € / year – Team: 2 people (+ volunteers).
2006 - 2006- Analysis and follow-up of surveys (equality/gender, access to school and costs for families.
- Create and write a pedagogical guide for teachers.
- Study of teachers and trainers training / implementation for the approach by competencies (APC).
- Budget evaluation for implementing programmes.
- Rewriting texts for an exhibition.
2003 - 2003- Training: editorial work on educational books for teachers and students.
1994 - 2003- Design, plan and implement communication programs.
- Develop and follow up press relations, set up public events.
- Editorial concept, creation of various communication materials (press release, intranet and internet websites, books, magazines, guides for parents, marketing leaflets…) and distribution follow-up.
- Creation of the Pupils’ parents survey (issues linked to education): design and follow up opinion surveys.
