For over four years I have been running a consultant and training operation for hotels, residences, B & Bs and campsites as well as restaurants under the name of “declic conseil et solutions” in the fields of promotion, communications and general marketing strategy

I have more than 15 years experience being in charge of commercial operations and communications in France (Cote d’Azur, French Alps, Paris and Toulouse) and abroad (USA and England)
My experience in independent hotels and restaurants from 3* to 4*L has given me real expertise in commercial strategy and in developing a network of clients in France and abroad.
I have in depth knowledge of foreign markets through tourist agencies notably in Russia, Belgium, England…
I am currently putting this expertise at the disposal of numerous owners of tourist hotels of 2* to 4*.
I regularly track the commercial development of establishments with a view to suggesting individualised, coherent and effective plans of action.
I take into account their structure, wishes and constraints.
The hotels, restaurants etc with which I work are all independent establishments whether affiliated to a group or not, often family-run and either small or medium sized.
Certain providers of accommodation have decided to entrust to me their marketing and communications all year round, convinced of the effectiveness and flexibility of this collaboration.
