Hello! As soon as possible, I've left different postgraduate degrees like Political Science in Paris or any other Management degree at University in France. Now I can talk about something simalary to seven years’ experience as Human Resources Manager & Project Manager specialised in French labour law and international teams management in SME and world wide Groups.
I'm capable of decision – making & strategic vision, adaptable in any environment, but the transport brand is my favorite one. Apart from that, I'm interested in management position with opportunity of career growth.

Mission: Ensure a Human Resources Politics in the transport society in order to put on a coherence of HR Management on a Group scale.
2008 - 2009Mission: to ensure the council of the collaborators of the Human Ressources Department as long on the plan of individual relations that collective while declining the strategy of the company in terms of Industrial relations
Achievements:
- accompaniment and the council to the managers on labour law
- internal communication and circulation of information on the site
- definition of the priorities in the declension of the Industrial policy inside the company
- preparation and participation in meetings of committee for health and safety at work (CHSCT), staff representative (DP), works council (CE), organization of works council and Staff representatives elections
- participation to the transverse projects of the firm: optimization of the training, creation of a pool of recruitment (manpower planning)
- realization of social audits and reports of compared situation, followed by company agreements
- social evolution surveillance and the respect of the legislation on a perimeter of 3000 persons
2005 - 2008Mission: to professionalize Human Resources Department so that it constitutes a lever of the strategy of the firm (control of the evolution of expenses of the personnel, passage in the variable remunerations based on performance, management of competences and careers, rationalization of services, set up of a process of recruitment)
Achievements:
- harmonization of statutes
- supervision of the installation of a new pay software system
- internal communication: creation of a newspaper commits in monthly publication
- management of the social plan linked to the move (14 workforce removal)
- reorganization of structures of sale and distribution: review of functions and remunerations, renewal of the commercial team
2004 - 2005Mission: to assist HR department
Achievements:
- definition of a plan of communication in order to promote external policy
- accompaniment of the employees within the framework of mobility
- driving of discussions about professional orientation of HR by training
- set up and followed by the campaign of the annual discussions of evaluation
- implementation of quality tools: analysis and evaluation of the trainers, definition of the axes of improvement
- follow upof the training plan: management of the budget, planning of actions, relations with training institutions (OPCA)
